This black tea was applied for a trial on a certain website before the Chinese New Year. I used it to make cakes and the like. The tea tastes mellow. Last time I saw the black tea shortbread made by Crescent Moon, it was very attractive, so I made this black tea cake based on her recipe cake.

Black Tea Shortbread

1. All preparation materials

2. Pour butter and powdered sugar together

3. Beat with a whisk until the whitish volume expands and becomes larger

4. Add the egg yolk in three times and beat well

5. Sift in low-gluten flour

6. Pour in the black tea and mix well to form a dough

7. Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and roll it out with a rolling pin, put it in the refrigerator for one hour until it hardens

8. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and slice it into chunks with a knife

9. Each biscuit coated with sugar

10. Put the biscuits on a baking tray lined with greased paper, put in a preheated 160 degree oven, and bake the middle layer for 20 minutes

Tips:

The temperature of each oven is different, please adjust according to the actual situation of your own oven
