Black Tea Quail Eggs

Prepare quail eggs

Prepare black tea, bay leaves, cinnamon, green onion, ginger and garlic.

Add water to the pot and add all the spices

Add quail eggs and start cooking

Boil the water and steam for about 8 minutes, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt. Beat the quail eggs.

Cook again for about 10 minutes, then simmer for 30 minutes.
