During sowing the noodles, pour the peanuts into the wok and fry them until the skin is crispy and peel off. Then, when it cools, it will peel off with a pinch by hand. Then, pour a little peanut oil into the pan and stir-fry the peeled peanuts over a small fire for a crispy flavor.

Black sesame seeds are cooked. Then I smashed both of them (the degree of smashing is my hobby). I don’t like too much smashing, so I don’t feel chewed to the fragrant when I eat it.
5.
Add sugar (sweetness varies from person to person)
6.
Stir well and set aside
7.
Knead the dough to remove the air until the surface is smooth, take an appropriate amount and knead a long strip, cut into small balls and roll them into thin sides and thick skin in the middle

Brush the steamer with a thin layer of peanut oil beforehand, and put the buns one by one. Wake up for another 15 minutes, then turn on the heat until the water boils, close the lid, turn to medium high heat and steam for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes to uncover the pot
