Blackcurrant Biscuits

1. Prepare the above materials

2. Butter softened

3. Mix the softened butter with a whisk without whisking

4. Add powdered sugar and stir well

5. Add egg liquid and stir well

6. Add black currant to butter

7. Pour in the flour and form a dough.

8. Shape the dough into the required cuboid by hand and freeze it in the refrigerator until hard (it takes about 1 hour)

9. Use a knife to cut the frozen dough into about 0.7 pieces, put the cut into a baking tray, and bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 165 degrees.

10. Cool the baked biscuits and put them on a plate or seal them for storage
