Wash the eggs and cook them, let them boil in a pot under cold water, and boil for 7 minutes. We need fully cooked eggs here!

Chop garlic into minced garlic.

It is very important to prepare a long and straight cucumber, and then cut off the upper part about five centimeters and set aside.

Use a paring knife to cut the cucumber into thin slices. Be sure to choose a useful paring knife, otherwise the cucumber slices are very thick and not easy to roll.

This is a sliced cucumber, it's very thin.

Tips:
1. The eggs must be well cooked.
2. The cucumber must be long and straight, otherwise it will not be easy to cut into thin slices
3. The remaining cucumber slices don't need to be thrown away. After taking the photo, put them on the plate and mix them together.
