Blueberry and Sweet Potato Mashed

Wash the sweet potatoes, cut into pieces, and steam them in a steamer. Wash blueberries.

Peel and sift the steamed sweet potatoes. Make a delicate mashed potato.

Use a food processor or a spoon to crush the blueberries to your liking. Add osmanthus sauce and stir well.

Put the mashed potato on the plate and shape it. I just wiped it with a spoon.

Top with blueberry sauce. Use a spoon to scrape out the pattern.

Eat in portions.
