Blueberry Battered Egg Tart

Prepare all ingredients.

The milk, evaporated milk, sugar, and condensed milk are poured into a metal container. While heating, stir until the sugar is completely melted. Let cool.

Put cold tart water, add two egg yolks, and stir well.

Add the sieved low powder and mix well to form a tart liquid.

Place the egg tarts evenly on the baking tray.

Put the right amount of blueberries in the custard crust.

Sift the tart water, pour it into the tart skin, 8 minutes full.

Put the preheated oven into the box, heat up to 200 degrees, and down to 200 degrees.

It takes about 15 minutes.
Tips:
I use ACA North America Electric ATO-E43A electric oven is 40 liters, the temperature and baking time need to be adjusted according to the temper of my own oven.
