Blueberry Cheesecake

Pour 100 grams of pour berries into the food processor to puree the fruit

An electric whisk to beat the cream to 80% of the hair (barely flowable)

Soak the gelatine slices in cold water and add two tablespoons of boiling water to melt them (forgot to take photos after melting)

Pour the blueberry puree and the melted gelatin water into the whipped cream

Stir well and serve with blueberry mousse filling

Chiffon cake slices can be cut off to make it a circle smaller than the mold (for the method of chiffon cake, please refer to my previous work)

Pour the mousse filling into the mold and put it in the refrigerator to freeze for more than two hours

Add the blueberry flavor qq candy to boiling water and stir until the qq candy is melted (I didn't buy blueberry flavor qq candy, so I used grape flavor instead)

Let the qq sugar liquid cool completely, take out the mousse cake and slowly pour the qq sugar liquid into the mousse cake mold
10.
Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator until it is completely solidified and then take it out. (After taking it out, blow the mold with a hair dryer to release the film well)
