Blueberry Chop

Pour all ingredients except butter into the bucket of the bread machine.

Stir it into a snowflake shape with chopsticks.

Put the dough in the bread machine for 20 minutes.

Add the softened butter and continue mixing for 20 minutes.

Don't move in the bread machine, ferment to double the size.

The fermented dough is taken out and vented, divided into 10 doughs of the same size, rounded, and covered with plastic wrap to relax for 10 minutes.

Take a dough and roll it into a circle.

After turning it over, thin the long bottom edge and roll it up from top to bottom.

Roll the dough long and make all the dough in turn.

Place it in a warm place and ferment to double its size.

Brush the egg mixture on the fermented dough.

Then squeeze an appropriate amount of blueberry sauce on both ends of the dough, and bake it in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Tips:
The kneading time and degree of each bread machine are different. After the two kneading procedures are completed, the kneading process must be kneaded to the expansion stage.
The original recipe put 20 grams of butter, I only put 10 grams.
