Blueberry Jam

Clean the glass bottles, put them in the oven, heat up and down at 120℃, and bake for 10 minutes.

.After washing fresh blueberries, dry the surface moisture. Pour the blueberries into the boiling pot of the Dongling breakfast machine, pour in the white sugar, mix well with chopsticks, and let stand for about an hour.

Wait until the sugar melts slowly and a part of the juice in the blueberries flows out. Use Dongling breakfast machine to heat on medium heat.

Stir with a rice spoon while heating, and grate blueberries.

Cook until the sugar is completely melted.

Squeeze the lemon juice.

During the cooking process, there will be froth, which can be skimmed off with a spoon.

Boil until it is thick. Turn off the fire. Put some clear water in a small bowl and add two or three drops of jam. If it doesn't melt, it still remains in a semi-solidified state, it means it's done. If the jam has melted, it means it hasn't been cooked yet.

Put it into a sterilized glass bottle while it is hot, close the bottle cap and buckle upside down.
Tips:
1. Do not use iron or aluminum pots for cooking jam.
2. The finished jam will be stored in the refrigerator. If it is stored properly, there will be no problem for half a year.
