Blueberry Jam

Sprinkle two spoons of starch on the blueberries, rub it with your hands, and soak for about 15 minutes. The starch or flour swells with water and has a strong effect of adsorbing impurities, which can bring down the white dirt on the blueberry skin. The washed blueberries have a smooth and clean skin ❗️

Crush the blueberry fruit by hand and press it to break. I like to eat the fleshy fruit. Of course, it may be pureed with a cooking stick, and then follow-up operation!

After all the blueberries are crushed, they are thrown into the Dongling bread machine. Add sugar, and half a lemon juice, set the jam function, and press to start. (Note that the lid must be closed, the juice will splash around~)

The blueberry sauce is ready to fry in about 1 hour, put on gloves and remove the lid~ it is hot~ let it cool naturally!
