Blueberry Jam
1.
Prepare ingredients
2.
Chop a small amount of lemon zest to make it more bitter
3.
Wash blueberries in a saucepan and heat the blueberries into a low heat sauce. Crush the blueberries with a spoon.
4.
Then add lemon crushed maltose and white sugar
5.
Stir and cook on low heat until it is sticky, add 1/3 of the lemon juice
6.
Turn off the fire and cool and put it into a sealed jar
7.
You can also put it in a fresh-keeping box, put it in the refrigerator, and take it when you need it
Tips:
You don’t need too much lemon zest, otherwise it will be bitter. There is no maltose, you can replace it with rock sugar (use small pieces or it won’t be easy to melt)
