Blueberry Jam

Wash the blueberries, prepare the honey,

I don’t have any lemons at home, so I’m too lazy to buy them. I used three spoons of honey soaked lemon juice.

Put the blueberries in a saucepan and pour three spoons of lemon honey juice.

Crush all the blueberries with a spoon.

Put it on the induction cooker and turn on a small fire. Simmer it slowly.

Pour 50g of honey.

Cook for about half an hour and turn off the heat when the blueberries become viscous.

After the sealed bottle is scalded with boiling water, empty it to dry. The blueberries are received in the bottle and kept under refrigeration.
Tips:
If you have lemon juice, just use it as it is.
The amount of honey can be changed according to your preferences.
Boil the blueberries until they are sticky, keep refrigerated, and eat as soon as possible. Flushing and spreading bread are delicious.
