Blueberry Jam
1.
Pick out the bad fruits and impurities and put them in a large pot (I put them directly in the boiling pot).
2.
Put the sugar in, stir well with a spoon, and marinate for 15 minutes.
3.
Put about 200mm of cold water (tap water can also be put directly), and then boil it on a low fire.
4.
Stir while simmering, press the fruit with a round spoon, and slowly boil it over a low fire until the water is boiled dry, and the rest is blueberry material. Squeeze a small half of the lemon in (the amount can be added according to personal taste ), beat a bowl of water, put a little jam, and just leave it alone.
5.
Bottling: I will start bottling when I turn off the heat. I will use the glass bottle, close the bottle cap tightly after filling it, and put it upside down. When it cools down, I will turn it over. I have 4 bottles and some are left. I immediately mixed a bowl of yogurt for the child (made by myself). Both babies liked it. Forget to take pictures of the mixed yogurt.
Tips:
1. You must choose the fruits you bought, because there are bad fruits and a lot of sundries in them.
2. The pot and bottle must not be dipped in oil.
3. Adjust lemon and sugar according to your own taste. If you like to eat sweet, add more sugar.
