Blueberry Jam Bread
1.
Let’s knead the noodles first. You can knead the noodles by hand or by machine. This time I use a chef’s machine. I put milk in first, then honey and salt, then pour in high-gluten flour, add yeast and knead the flour first. To form a dough, add butter softened at room temperature to the dough and continue to knead until it can pull out a large piece of film. Of course, it would be better to knead out a beautiful glove film.
2.
Put the kneaded dough in a warm place, cover it with a lid or ferment with plastic wrap, and ferment to twice its original size.
3.
Take out the exhaust, and press the exhaust repeatedly with your hands. You can also use a rolling pin to flatten the exhaust, and then divide it into 8 equal parts. Knead the circle and cover with the cling film to relax for 15 minutes.
4.
The loose dough will be easy in the next operation and will not shrink. Take a dough and roll it into an oval shape with a rolling pin. Spread an appropriate amount of blueberry sauce in the middle. Be careful not to wipe it around, otherwise it will not wrap, and then both ends. Fold in the middle and pinch the surrounding closures,
5.
Place them in non-stick molds. You can also place them directly in non-stick baking pans without molds, leaving a certain gap between each one.
6.
Put the mold into the oven. The oven does not need to be connected to the power supply. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven, close the oven door, and let the dough undergo secondary fermentation until it is twice as large as the original. Take it out and scratch the surface with a sharp knife. X",
7.
Preheat the oven, fire up and down, and bake the middle layer at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes. The specific temperature and time should be adjusted according to your own oven.
8.
After baking, sprinkle a proper amount of powdered sugar on the surface to decorate it. Of course, it’s okay if you don’t use powdered sugar. The taste is just as great.

Tips:
1. Don't apply too much blueberry sauce, otherwise it will flow out. You can also replace the blueberry sauce with other sauces you like.
2. Everyone's oven is different, you should adjust the temperature and time according to your own oven, and pay attention to the coloring of the bread.
