Blueberry Jam Cookies

Soften the butter.

Pour the low flour into the butter.

Rub evenly.

Add eggs and sugar.

Knead into dough.

Roll out the dough into thin slices and cut into shapes you like with a mold.

Cut the dough into one solid and one hollow.

Brush a layer of egg liquid on the dough and bake in the oven.

After the baked biscuits are allowed to cool, put jam on a solid slice, cover with a hollow slice, and press a little.
Tips:
1. It is best to use powdered sugar. If you don't have it at home, use white granulated sugar instead.
