Blueberry Jelly

Prepare the raw materials first.

Gelatine tablets are soaked in cold water to soften.

Wash blueberries, take 60g blueberries, water and sugar into the pot.

Squeeze in lemon, about 20g. Increase or decrease according to personal preference.

Tips:
Adding lemon juice will make the blueberry jelly brighter and more beautiful, and the sweet and sour taste is also very delicious. You can leave it out if you don’t like it.
