Blueberry Peanut Nougat

Prepare the ingredients, the marshmallow is this kind of white marshmallow without filling!

Put 30g butter in a non-stick pan, heat it on low heat, and melt until it is liquid;

Add 150g marshmallows, stir on low heat until melted;

Stir continuously to the dissolved state as shown in the figure;

Add 100g milk powder;

Add 100g of cooked peanut kernels;

Add 40g dried blueberries;

Tips:
1. It is recommended to use a gas stove and a non-stick pan to make nougat, make it on a small fire throughout the process, and avoid using a large fire in a hurry;
2. Nougat must be made in strict accordance with the formula ratio, not casually, too much sugar will be too hard, too little sugar will be soft and sticky;
3. The added milk powder is recommended to be unsweetened whole milk powder. If you use milk powder with its own sweetness, it will increase the sweetness of the nougat, which will make it very greasy to eat!
