Blueberry Pie
1.
Combine material A into a smooth dough, cover tightly and relax for 20 minutes.
2.
Put ingredients B into the pot except for the eggs, sit on the hot water and stir with a whisk until the cheese and sugar are completely melted until there are no particles.
3.
Add a beaten egg and mix well to form the pie filling.
4.
Take out the loose dough and use plastic wrap to roll it into a 5 cm thick dough sheet (the dough sheet should be rolled into a circle larger than the pie pan)
5.
Take a 8-9 inch pie pan, put it in the pie crust, remove the cling wrap, press it slightly on the edge with your hand, and then use a rolling pin to roll around the side of the pie pan to remove excess pie crust.
6.
Wash the blueberries of material C.
7.
Put the blueberries evenly into the pie pan.
8.
Pour the pie filling until 8 minutes full. Preheat the oven 180 degrees for 10 minutes in advance.
9.
Send the pie tray to the middle and lower level of the oven, and bake it at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. (Note: The oven temperature depends on the individual oven temperature)
