Blueberry Shredded Sandwich Biscuits

Put all the powder, sucrose, and salt in the basin, and mix all the ingredients evenly with your hands

Add the rapeseed oil, knead the flour with both hands after mixing by hand, and knead it for about 10 seconds to make it into coarse particles

Add maple syrup and quickly turn the flour in the bowl into a ball by hand

Divide the dough into two halves, crush half of the dough by hand, and sprinkle it into coarse particles on the bottom of the mold, flatten it gently with your hands

Spread the blueberries on top, then grate the remaining dough and sprinkle on the top to cover all the blueberries

Bake in a 170 degree preheated oven for about 45 minutes
