Blueberry Yam

Wash the yam, scrape off the skin, and cut into thick slices.

Put it on the steamer, cool the water in a pot.

Steam it until it can be penetrated with chopsticks.

Take it out and put it in a large bowl, pour the sugar while it is hot, and press it into a puree with a spoon.

Pour the yam mud into a pressing shape. The yam mud can be arranged into a beautiful shape by choosing a suitable mold according to personal preference.

Take two spoons of blueberry sauce and pour it into a bowl. The blueberry sauce is a bit thick, so add some cold water to dilute it.

Just pour the blueberry sauce on the yam.

I use ordinary yam, it is best to use iron stick yam, because it is more noodles after steaming, you can add a little milk to mix it;

The steamed yam should be added with sugar while it is hot, and the sugar will melt after pressing it into a puree.

The method is simple, it takes less than ten minutes to complete.
