Blueberry Yam Puree
1.
After peeling the yam, cut it into slices and steam it in a pot (it is best to wear disposable gloves when peeling, so as to prevent the yam mucus from getting on your hands and itching, you can also directly steam it in the pot and then peel it)
2.
After the yam is steamed, press it into a puree with a spoon while it is hot, and press it as finely as possible
3.
If the yam puree is too dry, add a little milk and stir until it is smooth
4.
Put the mixed yam mud into a piping bag, and then squeeze it into a container (if you don’t have a piping bag, you don’t need to)
5.
Take a small bowl, add 2 teaspoons of blueberry jam, add a little honey, dilute with a little bit of cold water and mix thoroughly
6.
Just pour the prepared blueberry jam on the yam puree
7.
it is done
