Boil Chicken Feet One by One

The chicken feet are removed and blanched.

Rinse it with cold water, put an appropriate amount of water and a piece of ginger, put it in an electric pressure cooker and press the meat button.

Put oil in the pot, heat it up, put ginger, garlic seeds, dried chilies, and stir fry for a while.

Pour in the cooked chicken feet (pour in with the soup).

Put salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cook on high heat without covering.

Cook until there is some soup left.
7.
Sprinkle green onions on the platter.
