Hot and Sour Chicken Feet

Cut off the nails of the chicken feet, add 1 tablespoon of peppercorns and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, pour in an appropriate amount of water and blanch for 5 minutes

Tips:
Adding white vinegar when cooking chicken feet can make the chicken feet whiter and tenderer. Marinating for 1 day will be more delicious
