Ingredients

Boiled Amaranth

1. Freshly picked amaranth with roots

2. First cut off the roots

3. Then wash twice

4. boil water

5. Add the washed amaranth and flip

6. Cover the pot and cook for about 3 minutes

7. Fill it up and add 3 spoons of salt

8. Add the right amount of peanut oil

9. Stir evenly

Tips:

The amaranth grown by yourself is free of pesticides, so you can eat it with confidence and don’t need to be soaked for a long time! Only need to clean twice normally to wash away the mud and sand! Boiled for 3~5 minutes is generally suitable!
