Boiled Cabbage

Put 250g spare ribs in a bowl, pour 500ml of water and soak for half an hour

Prepare 1 cabbage core, cut into strips, 10g green onions, cut into sections, and 5g ginger sliced

Put 1L of water in a pot, pour in the pork ribs, green onion and sliced ginger, and stew the broth

Add cabbage and 2g salt to the broth, stir well, and boil on high heat

Out of the pot, finished
