Porridge with Minced Meat and Vegetables

Prepare 1 cup of rice, 2 pieces of buttered cabbage cores, and a little oil filling; a 4-liter rice cooker is suitable for cooking porridge with a cup of rice; the cabbage cores can be replaced with small rapeseed and other vegetables;

Wash the rice twice and put it into the energy clay pot, with the water volume controlled below the water level of the porridge;

Put the energy clay pot into the Elite rice cooker and cover the lid;

Select the "Cooking Congee" program, the default time is 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the actual time is about 40 minutes, the rice cooker will automatically cut off the power to keep it warm;

When cooking the porridge, treat the meat filling: add a little salt, white pepper, a little cold water, and mix the meat thoroughly. Now in autumn and winter, put a little white pepper to drive away the cold and warm up;

The cabbage core is finely chopped;

When the porridge is cooked, it is sticky and so fragrant, you can drink it as white porridge at this time;

Put the minced meat into the porridge in batches, break it up with a spoon, then add the minced vegetables, stir evenly while hot, and the minced meat and vegetables are all cooked.
Tips:
1. Put salt in the meat filling, the porridge has a taste; a little white pepper, removes the fishy meat, and has the effect of dispelling cold and warming the stomach. Drink two bowls in the morning or evening to nourish the body and mind, it is really good porridge;
2. The vegetables can be adjusted according to the four seasons. After the porridge is cooked, put it in while it is hot, and it will be cooked quickly.
