"Boiled" is a cooking technique. It is very different from blanching. Although both are cooked with boiling water, the method of boiled cooking is different depending on the ingredients. If the main ingredient is vegetables, add it to the boiling water. Appropriate amount of salt and oil; if it is goose intestines, shrimp and other ingredients, add green onions, ginger, and cooking wine to help remove the peculiar smell.

Boiled Cabbage Heart

1. Wash the rape heart

2. Wash and shred the green onions

3. Boil water in a pot, add proper amount of oil and a little salt

4. Put in the heart of rapeseed and heat it up

5. Wait until the rape heart collapses and the seedlings wilt

6. Remove, drain and serve

7. Pour in some steamed fish soy sauce

8. Heat oil, add scallions and stir fry until fragrant

9. Pour it on the plate and serve it to taste

Tips:

1. Adding a little oil when boiling can make the surface of rape core bright.
2. Adding salt can make the rape heart crispy and tender, and can keep the color beautiful.
