Boiled Cabbage Moss

1. Wash the young cabbage moss and control dry water. Pinch the cabbage moss into sections with your hands.

2. Put water in the pot, a little salt in the water, and a little cooking oil.

3. The fire brought the water to a boil.

4. Add the cabbage moss to blanch water.

5. After boiling the cabbage moss to change its color, turn it over.

6. After all the cabbage moss is blanched, remove it and control the water.
