Boiled Chinese Cabbage

Peel the Chinese cabbage into slices, wash it, drain the water, and set aside. I use the tenderest part.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces for later use, peel the garlic and cut into small pieces for later use, and cut the green onion.
3.
Bring to a boil, pour in Chinese cabbage, cook and set aside.
4.
Put the Chinese cabbage on the plate.
5.
Heat the oil in a pan until it is six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry tomatoes, garlic, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
6.
Pour it on top of the cabbage.
