Boiled Chinese Kale

Shred ginger and set aside. Use the time-honored "365 High Fresh" first-time soy sauce, sugar and water to make a sauce.

Wash the kale, remove the old leaves and old skin of the stem, put it in the pot and cook it, remove it, drain the water and set aside. Add oil to the pot and heat it up, add the ginger and stir fragrantly, pour in the sauce, and finally pour the cooked sauce and ginger on the kale.

Boiled kale in water can keep the original fragrance.
