Boiled Conch

Soak the conch with salt for 20 minutes to remove the sand

Add water, green onion and pepper
4.
Put in the clean conch
5.
The fire is boiling

Simmer for 5 minutes

Serve with garlic soy sauce, vinegar, and drink white wine.
Tips:
Do not cook for too long in a pot under cold water, otherwise it will be hard.
