Boiled Conch
1.
The conch is cleaned with a brush.
2.
Boil for ten minutes.
3.
Put a bowl of seasoning sauce in the middle of the pan.
4.
Put shredded green onion, shredded ginger and dried chili in a bowl. Put a spoonful of light soy sauce and a spoonful of aged vinegar.
5.
Pour in hot oil and stir well.
