Boiled Corn Small Pastry Dipping Sauce

1. Cornmeal and white flour 1:1 knead into a moderately firm dough

2. Put water in the pot to boil, pull out the dough twice the size of the dumpling agent and knead it into a round cake

3. Knead it and put it in boiling water, knead everything and cook for 12 minutes.

4. The dipping sauce is made with the juice of my pickled sugar garlic and sesame oil

Tips:

The dipping sauce can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the taste. I use sugar garlic sauce because my children love it. You can add oyster sauce soy sauce, chili sauce, etc.
