Boiled Cured Duck Leg with Mushrooms and Snow Peas

1. Ingredients: cured duck legs (washed), fresh mushrooms (washed and cut open), snow peas (picked and washed)

2. Place the cured duck legs on the chopping board and chop them into pieces.

3. Put the chopped cured duck legs and fresh mushrooms in a pot of water and boil for 6-7 minutes.

4. Then, add snow peas, stir and bring to a boil.

5. Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

6. Season to mix and serve.
