Sauteed Cage Rice/lotus Leaf Rice

Wash the rice and soak for 2-3 hours

Soak the lotus leaves in boiling water to soften and wash

Spread the lotus leaves directly on the steamer, put the rice (dewatered) and steam for 30 minutes

Garlic sliced ginger shredded dried shiitake mushrooms soaked and cut into strips

Wash the ribs and add ginger garlic mushroom soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, pepper, salt and oil

Sliced Duck Leg with Sausage and Bacon

Steam the rice for 30 minutes, about 7-8. When it is mature, spread the ribs, sausage, bacon, and duck meat. Here you can put your favorite greens and steam for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion at the end
