Boiled Double Bamboo Shoots with Bacon

Ingredients: Lei bamboo shoots, bacon (already cut), lettuce (peeled, cleaned and cut open)

Peel the bamboo shoots, cut off the old roots, and clean them.

Place on the chopping board and cut into rolls, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Then, add the cut bacon and stir fry.

Next, add some water to a boil and cook for 7-8 minutes.
