Boiled Dried Shreds
1.
Shred the white dry, bamboo shoots, ham sausage, and shiitake mushrooms, and shred the chicken breasts after being boiled in water. Wash small rapeseed and shrimp for later use.
2.
Blanch the dried white silk and bamboo shoots with hot water.
3.
Blanch the white dried shreds and bamboo shoots and remove them, and put the shredded ham and chicken on top.
4.
Sit in water, add broth and bring to a boil. (This dish is very light and the broth is very important. I will make the chicken broth when I have time. When I have no time, I will use some ready-made broth. I like to use Shi Yunsheng's).
5.
After the water is boiled, add shredded shiitake mushrooms, rape, and shrimps and cook together.
6.
After cooking, add appropriate amount of salt, and pour the ingredients in the pot with the soup into the dry silk dish.
