Boiled Fish

One grass carp, no heads, wash and remove the viscera, and then slice the fish.

The fish is cut into butterfly pieces, and one knife is cut and the other is connected.

Add the marinade bag in the boiled fish seasoning, mix well and marinate for more than 20 minutes.

Put oil in the wok, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add the seasoning packet in the boiled fish seasoning and sauté until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

Put cilantro and chopped green onions.

Add peanut oil and some sesame oil to the wok, heat it up and pour it on top of the fish, the aroma of chili will be fully released.
Tips:
1. In the last step, the hot oil will fully stimulate the spicy taste of chili and sesame pepper. Adding a little sesame oil will make it more fragrant.
2. Soy bean sprouts and celery are particularly delicious, it is recommended to put more.
