I want to eat boiled fish for a long time. It is spicy and fragrant, and the fish is tender and smooth. I don't need to cook it at a professional boiled fish restaurant.
This time I used Haidilao's boiled fish seasoning to save trouble. It was very delicious.

Boiled Fish

1. One grass carp, no heads, wash and remove the viscera, and then slice the fish.

2. The fish is cut into butterfly pieces, and one knife is cut and the other is connected.

3. It is cut like this, like a butterfly.

4. Put the cut fish into the container.

5. Add the marinade bag in the boiled fish seasoning, mix well and marinate for more than 20 minutes.

6. When marinating the fish fillets, start preparing the vegetables, according to your own preferences, and wash the prepared vegetables.

7. Cut the washed vegetables into sections and break the mushrooms into small pieces.

8. Put the vegetables in the soup pot and boil, and cook for about 1 minute. Remember to cook the bean sprouts for a while before adding other dishes.

9. Scoop out the cooked vegetables and place them at the bottom of the container for later use.

10. Put oil in the wok, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

11. Add the seasoning packet in the boiled fish seasoning and sauté until fragrant.

12. Stir fry for a while, fry out the red oil.

13. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

14. Put the fish bones in and cook for 1 minute.

15. Then add the fish fillets.

16. Put all in, wait until the water is boiled, and the fish will turn white.

17. First remove the fish and place it on the vegetables you just prepared, and then add the soup.

18. Put the dry bag in the boiled fish bag on top of the fish.

19. Put cilantro and chopped green onions.

20. Add peanut oil and some sesame oil to the wok, heat it up and pour it on top of the fish, the aroma of chili will be fully released.

Tips:

1. In the last step, the hot oil will fully stimulate the spicy taste of chili and sesame pepper. Adding a little sesame oil will make it more fragrant.
2. Soy bean sprouts and celery are particularly delicious, it is recommended to put more.
