Boiled Fish

Prepare materials.

Kill the grass carp well, wash off the head and tail.

Tips:
1. The amount of water used to cook the fish should not be too much, so it is appropriate to pour it into a bowl with part of the fish fillets exposed outside.
2. Stir-fry Chinese pepper and dried chili must be low heat, not stir-fried.
3. You can also put the cooked fish in the hot pot and cook the dishes directly after eating the fish.
4. Be sure to buy live fish. It is better to eat fish that are killed first.
5. After the pre-treatment fish is caught with salt, it should be washed repeatedly in clean water until there is no blood stain.
