Boiled Fish

After thawing, clean up and rinse and absorb the water. (If you like very tender, you can soak the fish in the water with baking soda for about 10 minutes, remove and rinse before cooking)

Refers to ginger slices, soaked ginger, soaked sea pepper and cut into pieces.

Heat the pot with less oil, put the bean paste on low heat and fry until fragrant. Pour in sliced ginger, soaked ginger and soaked sea pepper on medium heat, stir fry to taste, add enough water;

After the fire is boiled, put the fish and add pepper;

Cook on medium heat for about ten minutes, add chicken essence, mix well, and pour into soup pot. (You can add your favorite cooked vegetables to the bottom of the pot)

Heat the oil, and fry the dried sea pepper (half dry and wet) and dried Chinese pepper under a low fire to create a fragrance;

Pour into the soup pot and sprinkle cooked white sesame seeds. (After eating the fish soup, boil vegetables and vetch noodles)
