Boiled Fish with Basil

First chop the fish into pieces, add salt and marinate for 10 minutes!

Wash all the ingredients, chop the pepper and ginger into shreds, chop the garlic sprouts, the basil leaves, and slice the garlic!

Put oil in the pan, heat it up, add the fish cubes, and fry until golden on one side!

Add green and red peppers, garlic and ginger.

Put in cold water, cover the fish cubes, and cook until the fish is cooked and the soup is ready!

Finally, add perilla leaves and garlic sprouts, and wait for the soup to boil!
Tips:
Perilla leaves can be put according to personal preference.
