Boiled Flower Snail

Wash the snails and drain.

Boil water in the wok, put the washed snails in it and cook for about five minutes. Turn off the heat.
3.
Remove with a colander and serve with light soy sauce (you can also add some old vinegar in it). (Dip the dish and forgot to take it)

The original flavor of seafood is the freshest.
