Boiled Lettuce
1.
Prepare the ingredients, two lettuce leaves, and 3 garlic cloves.
2.
Wash the lettuce and cut the longer leaves in the middle.
3.
Peel the garlic, wash, pat and chop it into minced garlic for later use.
4.
Take a small bowl and use the oil consumption: steamed fish soy sauce: water ratio of 1:2:2 plus a pinch of white sugar and stir to make a boiled sauce.
5.
Boil a pot of boiling water, add a pinch of salt and a spoonful of oil.
6.
Add the lettuce and blanch it for about ten seconds.
7.
Take it out and place it on a plate. For good looks, place the leaves below and the stem section on top.
8.
From the pot, add a small amount of oil, add garlic and stir-fry on low heat to get the garlic aroma.
9.
Pour in the prepared boiled sauce and bring to a boil on low heat to melt the sugar.
10.
Pour the boiled juice on the lettuce. If it is a banquet, make this dish last, otherwise the green leafy vegetables will turn yellow over time and affect the color of the dishes.
