Boiled Potatoes with Bamboo Shoots

1. Ingredients: whip bamboo shoots, pickled vegetables (washed), potatoes (washed, peeled and cut open)

2. Peel and clean the whip bamboo shoots.

3. Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

4. Put the washed pickled vegetables on the chopping board and cut them for later use.

5. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the sliced whipped bamboo shoots and sliced potatoes, stir fry.

6. Next, stir in the cut pickled vegetables and stir fry.

7. Then, add an appropriate amount of water and boil until the potatoes are cooked and tender.

8. Finally, add an appropriate amount of bamboo salt.

9. Add the right amount of MSG.

10. Stir the seasoning well and serve.
