Boiled River Prawns

After buying the fresh live river prawns, wash them with clean water and place them on a plate. Pour a small amount of shochu into the plate and stir. Mix well with the river prawns. Leave for 30 minutes and set aside.

Prepare the green onions, ginger, and dried peppers, cut the green onions into sections, cut the ginger and shred the dried peppers.

Prepare water in the pot and add the cut ginger and dried pepper.

After the water is boiled, pour in the river prawns and a little light soy sauce.

Add the green onions until all the shrimps turn red, and add the soup to the plate.
