Boiled Shrimp

Pick out the live shrimp from the shrimp line and clean it;

Put water in a pot, add green onion, ginger slices, and white wine to a boil;

After the water is boiled, pour the giwei shrimp, flip gently with a colander, let the shrimp heat evenly;

Add the shrimps and boil again and cook for one minute to turn the shrimps red and turn off the heat;

Immediately remove and put into cold water;

Seasoning 1. Minced green onion and ginger, put it in a bowl, add the appropriate amount of June fresh soy sauce, appropriate amount of seasoning, appropriate amount of sesame oil, and appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar to adjust the juice. The viscous juice is ready to eat.

Seasoning 2, June fresh soy sauce and Japanese wasabi. Peel the shrimp, make it sticky, and eat it.
Tips:
1. Add ginger, spring onion and white wine to boil in boiling water, then the fishy smell can be exhausted;
2. Do not flip the shrimp into the boiling water to prevent the shrimp head from falling off;
3. It is more suitable for middle-aged and elderly people, pregnant women, patients with cardiovascular disease, and people with weak waist and feet; at the same time, it is suitable for middle-aged and elderly people with calf cramps caused by calcium deficiency.
4. Shrimp should not be eaten when it is on fire; elderly people with physical allergies, allergic rhinitis, bronchitis, and recurrent allergic dermatitis should not eat shrimp.
