Italian Style Grilled Shrimp

Soak the bamboo skewers in clean water

Process the prawns. Use a toothpick to pick the shrimp thread from the second section of the back of the shrimp and put it in a bowl

Pour in the cooking wine, light soy sauce and a bit of salt, then add in oyster sauce and rosemary, and finally pour in the seafood seasoning. It is recommended to choose a special seafood seasoning, so that the marinated prawns will be very tender

Stir well, cover with a piece of plastic wrap and marinate for two hours

The marinated prawns are put on the tail with a bamboo stick, and try to pierce them in a straight line, so that the appearance of the grilled prawns will be better.

Tips:
