6. Wash the Jiwei shrimp and add half a spoon of cooking wine and light soy sauce to mix and pickle for a while

7. Heat oil in a pan, add Jiwei shrimp and stir fry

8. Add the red pepper, garlic, and light soy sauce, stir well, cover the pot and simmer for three or four minutes

9. Stir the simmered shrimp with salt and stir fry to taste

10. Sprinkle in chopped green onion and stir fry for flavor, then turn off the heat

11. Boil the water in the pot to cook the noodles, and then remove them when they are half cooked. Use cold boiled water to pass them over, and place them in a bowl to control the moisture.

12. The small green vegetables are blanched in a pot of oil and water, and a few drops of water are added to the pan to fry an egg, and the shrimps, eggs, and green vegetables are placed in the bowl in a way you like.
