Boiled Shrimp

Put the live prawns into a container, add water, a little green onion and ginger water to soak for 5 minutes.

Use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp floss and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of water on a pot on the fire, add the chopped green onion and ginger slices, pour a little white wine and bring to a boil.

After the water is boiled, let the shrimps cook until they turn red and then remove them.

Soak in ice water quickly to cool.

Shrimp shelled, dipped in small ingredients and eaten.
